

Curled Parsley (Biennial)
Neat, curly and wonderfully fresh, Curled Parsley is a classic kitchen herb with a mild, clean flavour. Its tightly ruffled leaves look beautiful on the plate and are perfect for garnishing, parsley sauce, pestos and salsas. Easy to grow and very versatile, it can be grown indoors or out, and freezes or dries well for year-round use.
Planting
• Position: Grow in sun or partial shade, either in the ground or in pots.
• Soil: Plant into rich, well-drained soil or compost for strong, leafy growth.
• Containers: Ideal for pots on patios, windowsills or at the edge of borders.
Care
• Watering: Keep well watered until established and during dry spells.
• Protection: Protect young plants from slugs and snails.
• Longevity: As a biennial, plants may flower in their second year — replace for best leaf quality.
